Participants typically spend some time learning basic computer skills, resume-writing and job-search techniques before being assigned to a government or non-profit agency for their on-the-job training experience. NKCAC partners with a variety of organizations throughout Northern Kentucky to develop meaningful work experience placements for participants. This partnership helps the trainee while helping the organization extend its scarce resources.
