HOME OWNERSHIP PREPARATION
NKCAC believes that one of the best and more enduring routes out of poverty is through home ownership. To that end, NKCAC's housing and community services staff work closely together to provide home ownership services for the region's low and moderate income families. Services include home ownership preparation classes and coordination with Kentucky Housing Corporation to promote home ownership and increase the availability of affordable housing opportunities in the region. We also partner with PNC Bank to offer a Homebuyer Club for families wanting to work toward their long term goal of home ownership.
